I have been an avid cyclist and enjoy the spin classes at the gym for years.
I use to go spin class daily until we moved and there was no close gym near by.
After doing lots of research and reading the reviews I figured I would purchase a spin bike for home.
I already had my road bike on a trainer but still like the feeling of spinning.
I purchased this spin bike because of the reviews and value.
It came pretty quickly -- within 1 week.
The box is very heavy, so drag it to where you want to set up to.
Putting together the bike was pretty simple. Tools came with it and it took about 30-45 minutes.
Instructions are pretty straight forward.
All the adjustments are pretty straight forward:
1) adjusting the handle bar height
2) Seat adjustment up or down
3) Seat Adjusment forward or backwards
The bike spins pretty darn good. The tension adjustment is very sensitive so you don't have to turn but less than a quarter of a turn before you start feeling the tension. Depending on your strength of your legs you might not need to crank to far. It handles all of the rigor of the different positions. Standing up, cranking away like you are on a hill to fast sprinting speed.
Here's what I found for cons:
1) It is kinda noisy, does squeak -- It doesn't bother me since I spin with headphones or watch tv.
2) Apart with the squeaking, the handles bars are not fully tight..so there is a little play there but not enough where its un-safe.
3) The foot holders were worthless. They don't hold your foot in the right way to give you a good work out. I swapped those out immediately with clipless pedals. If you have never tried clipless, its worth buying a pair and putting them on the bike. They really keep your leg motion fluid with no slip and helps the overall spin experience.
Overall, I would buy this again. For the value its well worth it.

I love it, I really took my time and looked for the best bike for the best price,I read so many reviews. This is a great bike , well made, strong and very easy to put together. If I could say anything bad it would be: you have to change the pedals to 'clips' and no water bottle holder.

This bike is good .the price is also right .only came with some damage parts it took them some times to send a replacement parts .
